- Providing leadership guidance and support to the Workforce Engagement team.
- Setting goals and performance expectations for the Workforce Engagement team.
- Analyze job development related activities and provide guidance to achieve performance goals.
- Develops relationships with employers and maximizes employment opportunities for our clients.
- Ensures development of job leads by overseeing the job development team and creating business plans that support a viable pipeline of employers and job leads at all times.
- Monitor job market trends and labor market developments to identify opportunities for clients.
- Understand completive landscape and how to capitalize on maximizing client placements with employers.
- Meets and tracks program financial and budgetary outcomes on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, identifying problem areas and recommending remedial action in accordance with prescribed spending practices.
- Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data driven recommendations for decision making.
- Prepares daily progress reports to identify outstanding plan items for actioning and follow up on action items for resolution.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and recommend professional development.
- Oversee training of the Workforce Engagement team.
- Manages staff resources to ensure the continuation of operations due to staff absences.
- Oversee quality assurance activities in accordance with company policy and the predetermined activity format.
- Maintains knowledge of SSM processes and guidelines across the organization.
- Other duties pertaining to the position, as required.
