    We're seeking a Senior Operations Management System Advisor for a 14-month contract at ARC to uphold the strength and efficiency of ARC's Operations Management System (AIMS).

    Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of AIMS to ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal and external requirements
    Serve as a liaison between Operations, HSE, and other departments to coordinate AIMS implementation and improvement efforts
    Provide expertise to operational teams and leaders for updating practices and procedures to align with redesigned AIMS Elements, relevant regulations, and organizational risks
    Provide training and support to employees on AIMS Elements, processes, tools, and systems to promote a culture of continuous improvement
    Monitor and report on AIMS performance, offering insights and recommendations to senior management and executives for decision-making
    Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in operations management and HSE to drive innovation and continuous improvement at ARC
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in sciences, engineering, safety, business operations or another relevant field of study, and a Master's degree is preferred
    a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and implementing Operational Management Systems, preferably within the oil and gas industry
    In-depth knowledge of applicable operational processes including Management of Change (MOC), Risk Management, Environmental Management, Regulatory Compliance, Process Safety, People Safety, Training and Competency Management, Contractor Management, and Operational Assurance
    Working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as Canada Energy Regulator, AER, BCER, ABSA, Alberta OHS, Technical Safety BC, and WorkSafe BC
    Proven ability to lead organizational change, manage projects, and implement processes across diverse operational environments and disciplines
    Field experience is highly valued
    Demonstrated technical writing skills
