    Sommaire du poste:

    Le coordinateur a la production s'assurera que toutes les commandes des clients sont traitées efficacement et que les suivis sont effectués en temps opportu. Le coordinateur des importations sera en mesure d'apprendre à connaître l'industrie et le fonctionnement de la mode d'importation dans le secteur de la mode rapide

    Tâches:

    • Effectuer des correspondances quotidiennes avec les vendeurs
    • Agir en tant que point de contact entre tous les parties impliquées dans le processus de conception, vente, fabrication, approbation et transport pour plusieurs styles et items de vêtements
    • S'assurer que toutes les informations des commandes sont exactes (tissus, motifs, tailles, etc)
    • Recevoir, trier, organiser et envoyer les échantillons de vêtements
    • Surveiller le statut de tous les styles et assurer un suivi constant auprès des acheteurs / vendeurs / départements internes appropriés
    • Identifier et résoudre toutes situations par rapport aux commandes
    • Préparer des récapitulatifs hebdomadaires complets

    Qualifications:

    • Posséder au minimum 1 an d'expérience dans l'industrie de la mode
    • Avoir une connaissance de base des styles de vêtements, des différents tissues et motifs
    • Être organisé et apte à travailler dans un environnement rapide
    • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de travail au rythme soutenu
    • Un diplôme dans un domaine lié à la mode (design de mode, production, etc.) est un atout.

    Who we are:

    Position summary: The Production Coordinator will ensure that all customer orders are processed effectively and follow-ups are done in a timely manner. The Production Coordinator will be able to learn about the industry and how import fashion works in the fast-fashion business.

    Tasks:

    • Assist with daily correspondence with vendors
    • Act as a liaison between all parties involved in the process of designing, selling, manufacturing, approving, and transporting for multiple fashion styles and pieces of clothing
    • Verify that all order information is accurate (materials, prints, fits, etc)
    • Sort through, organize and send out samples
    • Monitor the status of all styles and constantly following-up with the appropriate buyers / vendors / internal departments
    • Identify and solve any problems that may occur
    • Create full weekly recap reports

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fashion related job
    • Knowledge of basic garment styles, fabrics and prints
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Diploma in a fashion related field (fashion design, production, etc.), is an asset
