- BA/BS degree required, MBA or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 3-4 years of sales experience in technology, internet, or general management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a Sales team, including coaching and mentoring.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and account growth strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud or Google Ads with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Business acumen to develop and execute dynamic business strategies balancing short-term delivery with long-term success.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, adept at talent acquisition and development in a multicultural setting.
- Analytical mindset to interpret performance data, provide actionable insights, and drive improvements.
- Experience in leading sales teams in call center environments is advantageous.
