    Job Title: Cluster Lead at Google

    As a Cluster Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing a group of team leads or clusters either in Google Cloud or Google Ads. Your main goal is to ensure the smooth operation of these clusters, contributing to the company's objectives. With your sales, leadership, and relationship-building skills, you will anticipate decision-making processes, discover the business needs of key clients, and demonstrate how our range of products can benefit their business.

    We are seeking an effective leader with a proven background in roles such as Sales Manager, Team Lead-Inbound Sales, Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Inside Sales Executive.

    Schedule:

    • Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
    • Temporary office setup with 4 weeks of product training on-site.

    Location:

    • Candidates are recommended to reside within a commutable distance from our primary location at Yonge & Eglinton and our office situated at 75 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ON.

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree required, MBA or equivalent practical experience preferred.
    • 3-4 years of sales experience in technology, internet, or general management.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a Sales team, including coaching and mentoring.
    • Proven track record in client relationship management and account growth strategies.
    • Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Proficiency in Google Cloud or Google Ads with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
    • Business acumen to develop and execute dynamic business strategies balancing short-term delivery with long-term success.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, adept at talent acquisition and development in a multicultural setting.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret performance data, provide actionable insights, and drive improvements.
    • Experience in leading sales teams in call center environments is advantageous.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet corporate sales objectives and productivity targets.
    • Achieve business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction in inbound operations.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and recommend strategic actions.
    • Lead a team of sales professionals by offering guidance, coaching, and performance feedback for a high-performing team.
    • Train and onboard new team members to foster a positive and growth-oriented work culture.
    • Ensure sales process compliance and monitor performance against targets for continuous improvement.
    • Communicate sales targets, strategies, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
    • Present regular business reviews to client stakeholders and attend trainings by Google for effective implementation.
    • Utilize Google dashboards to track performance, optimize results, and identify improvement areas.
    • Maintain team compliance with standards and execute business plans with agility.
    • Be accountable by presenting dynamic business reviews weekly.
