    Description

    We are in search of a skilled Lead Engineering Manager to guide a dynamic team in expanding ClearScore Canada.

    • Manage a team of versatile engineers, fueling their personal growth and progress
    • Hold the entire team accountable for carrying out tasks that bring value to users and partners, striving for ongoing enhancement of the team's efficiency
    • Establish the engineering strategy for the team, leveraging modern agile methodologies to deliver solid results
    • Lead in collaborating with Global teams, empowering engineers to focus on peak performance while meeting Canada's requirements
    • Demonstrated leadership in overseeing highly productive teams of up to 7 engineers, fostering a culture of psychological safety

    Ability to seamlessly transition between hands-on technical contributions and strategic planning.

    Capable of providing input, comprehending, and questioning engineering choices while enabling the team to make these decisions autonomously.

    Strong technical and operational grasp of cutting-edge industry technologies and best practices to ensure platforms are effectively monitored and operating smoothly in a "you build it, you run it" setting.
