    The School of Health and Life Sciences (SHLS) Centre for Advanced Medical Simulation (CAMS) is a state-of-the-art interdisciplinary simulation facility.

    Accredited by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), CAMS offers over 6000 square feet of space for facilitating immersive experiences across health-related disciplines and settings.

    Collaborating with external partners and engaging in research and grant-funded projects, the school's team ensures a dynamic environment for innovation and learning.


    Reporting to the Dean, SHLS, the Director will be responsible to realize the vision of CAMS as a Center of Excellence in the field of Simulation.

    Responsible for the strategic direction of the Centre, with a large emphasis on growth and ensuring the sustainability
    Plays a key role in client management functions, including securing donations and establishing/maintaining partnerships
    Responsible for compliance of facility and program accreditation
    Diverse knowledge of all program, specialty and curriculum needs required to effectively manage and support all simulation programs across the SHLS

    A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or health administration, and a polytechnic diploma in a field related to the work done in the Centre.

    At minimum 3 years of related experience in simulation-based education and training
    Minimum 5 years of management and leadership experience.
