    Description
    Support Branch Manager with administrative work
    Assist Branch Manager with AR Collections
    Enter Visa receipts and invoices
    Verify pricing accuracy on invoices and communicate with vendors for changes and corrections
    Assist Account Managers with contracts and tenders; provide Account Managers with WSIB clearance certificates/insurance/other signed contracts as needed
    Assist in maintaining company uniform inventory
    Answer general phone inquiries; Assist with troubleshooting company software and mobile applications
    2+ years of administrative experience required
    ~ Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
    ~ Basic Excel skills required
    ~ Naturally hospitable and truly enjoys helping the team

    Leveraging Knowledge, Training, Experience, and Technology.
    Landscape Management - including Snow and Ice Management Property Care.
