Busy Realtor is currently seeking a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant to act as a direct support. The Executive Assistant role is of significant importance to the success of her business. This position takes place in a fast-paced environment where instructions can change regularly. This person will be responsible for keeping her executives informed, organized, and prepared at all times.
Ultimately, she is looking for a team player who is committed to growing with her business and, as a creative thinker, can assist in supporting any changes she wishes to enact.

Must have Real Estate Admin Experience
Duties
- Understand responsibilities of executive in order to successfully manage calendars (schedule meetings, coordinate events, book appointments, make any necessary travel arrangements
- Any other general office duties as assigned (photocopying, supply orders, etc.)
- Assisting Elena with the preparation and presentation of her listings
- Vetting tenant applicants
- Following instructions
- Creating marketing content including Facebook, Instagram, and mailable content related to real estate
- Working to investigate and resolve tenant complaints, enforce rules of occupancy, coordinate premises repairs and contract with third party contractors/trades and assist with insurance matters
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality on all matters
Requirement
- Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
- Experience in real estate is an asset
- High school diploma is required
- Familiarity with Followupboss is an asset
- Having a car and G license is an asset
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in various formats
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
