    Description

    Our federal government client is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant to join their team on a one-year contract on an as-and-when-required basis (75 hours/month) .

    You'll support the careers department in developing succession planning and talent management policies and programs in Ottawa.

    10+ years of experience in leadership development and career management
    ~2+ years of experience providing innovative solutions in career management, succession planning, performance appraisal, and leader development
    ~ High level of proficiency in English writing
    ~ Proficiency in French
    ~ Bachelor's degree
    ~ Implement a talent management system that provides opportunities across the organization with a special scope for women early in their careers.
    Integrate Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus)
