    Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership:
    Oversee all accounting functions (AP, AR, reconciliations), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with growth objectives.
    Lead the development and implementation of robust financial controls and process improvements to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.


    Tax and Audit Collaboration:
    Ensure tax compliance through collaboration with external advisors. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal audits.
    Spearhead the annual forecasting and budgeting process, providing data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
    Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including the Area Manager, HR, Customer Service, and Legal, to achieve shared objectives.


    The Ideal CandidateQualifications:
    Relevant accountancy/business qualification with 5-10 years of progressive experience

    Commercial Acumen:
    A strong business mindset with an ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
    Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and translating complex information into clear recommendations.
