    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales & Marketing (Got-to-Market) team. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support our ambitious sales objectives. This role is pivotal in creating relationships with insurers and claim adjusters to contribute towards the overall growth of Sinistar.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
    • Research and identify potential clients through various methods including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and events
    • Qualify leads based on their fit with our company's products, services, and values
    • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for qualified leads
    • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications and nurturing strategies
    • Record all client interactions and lead details in HubSpot to ensure efficient lead management
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions
    • Collaborate with other members of Sales & Marketing to develop new strategies for business growth
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services
    • Support and attend various industry events

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related roles is preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, startup environment
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
