- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Research and identify potential clients through various methods including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and events
- Qualify leads based on their fit with our company's products, services, and values
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for qualified leads
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications and nurturing strategies
- Record all client interactions and lead details in HubSpot to ensure efficient lead management
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions
- Collaborate with other members of Sales & Marketing to develop new strategies for business growth
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services
- Support and attend various industry events
- Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, startup environment
