    beBee Professionals is looking for a Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team in Toronto.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on corporate governance matters, including corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.


    The Corporate Governance Specialist will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing corporate governance policies and procedures
    • Monitoring and evaluating corporate governance practices
    • Advising on corporate governance matters
    • Assisting with the preparation of board and committee materials
