Bruce Nissan is looking for a self-motivated Financial Services Manager who has a passion for going above and beyond for their customers By joining the team at Nissan, you'll be eligible for paid personal days off, industry training and career advancement opportunities, and you'll work at a brand new state-of-the-art facility
You could be eligible for up to a $3000 signing bonusThe Opportunity:
As an essential member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for obtaining financing for customers for their vehicle purchases and recommending insurance and service packages to fit their needs. You will work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for our customers. You will assess customers' financial position and review lender approvals to recommend options that conclude in a 'win-win' situation. This position is commission pay; the great part is the earning potential is uncapped
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you are self-motived, driven, and persistent. You are able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing. You are friendly and have a genuine interest in helping customers and the company. You are detail-oriented and can handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently. You are a team player and willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out when needed. You possess strong computer skills and have attention to detail. You are confident and love a challenge. You tend to do your best work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to situations quickly. Having experience in lending, finance, or credit is a must.
