- Prospect and identify potential new clients, then determine a strategy for connecting and closing opportunities with local and regional businesses in your assigned territory.
- Create and present customized digital marketing solutions to clients, demonstrating how our digital products and services can meet their needs and drive business growth.
- Work proactively and in collaboration with the digital team and Account Executives to ensure that digital campaigns are executed effectively and meet the client expectations.
- Take a proactive approach to ensuring su ccessful digital campaign delivery through planning, account management and excellent customer service.
- Stay informed on relevant media and advertising trends to bring to clients.
- Analyze data to identify trends, campaign effectiveness, and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide support to clients, both yours and in support of Vista's overall digital sales, addressing issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attend and actively participate in company meetings, training, peer support and other company wide initiatives .
- This role requires adaptability and the ability to handle various tasks. Responsibilities may extend beyond those outlined here, encompassing other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 3 years in digital media s ales experience.
- Expertise in launching and managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads , s ocial media platforms like Meta, and programmatic digital marketing platforms.
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
- Attention to detail and diligence in task execution.
- Strong organizational, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to take direction and coaching from leaders and colleagues.
