    Responsibilities
    The responsibilities of the Sales and Recruitment Consultant role at Randstad are numerous:

    • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
    • Developing new client partnerships (increasing market share)
    • Increasing the number as well as the quality of relationships with our clients
    • Building these relationships, mixed with your industry and 'people' expertise
    • Engaging with our clients and ensuring their needs are understood and met
    • Maintaining an allaround excellent customer service
    • Posting job openings on various platforms
