    Description
    The incumbent, reporting to the Manager of Client Technical Services, provides technical support for IT hardware and software.

    This includes troubleshooting and setting up hardware, software, and related applications in central and local academic, administrative, teaching spaces, and business desktop environments.


    Qualifications:
    University degree in Computer Science or equivalent2 years of direct experience in IT hardware and software support.
    Preference given to candidates with experience supporting commercial/retail operations and knowledge of SCCM.


    Skills Required:
    Strong analytical skills and effective written and oral communication.
    Ability to work well in a team, exercise tact and diplomacy, and maintain a service-oriented approach.
    Attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
    Keeping up-to-date with computer system developments.

    Advanced Technical Skills required in MS Windows (XP, 7, 10)Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)Intermediate Technical Skills required in MAC OS to 10.
