    As a Credit Risk Manager, you will be minimizing loss by managing and analyzing risks. This role will report directly to Chief Operations Officer.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Develop risk management solutions for lending products in support of credit risk, fraud risk, operational risk, and/or customer acquisition and retention strategies leveraging commercial and/or consumer bureau data
    • Create sound strategies for assigning and managing credit limit for new and existing customers
    • Develop core risk management rules and policies through innovative solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners to leverage external partner platforms and data
    • Close collaboration with partners and stakeholders to drive results and grow the portfolio
    • Enhance risk decisions by incorporating new information, new techniques, and changing factors
    • Analyze structured and unstructured data, and translate that data using statistical, financial, machine learning, engineering, or business intelligence techniques into actionable business insights and strategies

    Qualifications

    • Credit Risk Management experience with an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle, as well as understanding of credit metrics and processes
    • Familiarity with credit systems and processes
    • Experienced in loan origination, loan management and collections
    • Credit Risk Management policy and process writing experience
    • Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritizes multiple tasks and perform time sensitive tasks to completion
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical / data analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to influence others while building strong partnerships
    • Minimum 5 years in lending or banking/payments risk management or strongly analytical function
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
    • Holder of personal lending and mortgages certificate preferred
