Description
We are looking to expand our team with experienced Sales Representatives for our Installation Services department with a focus on Bathroom Sales.
The successful candidate will be based at our Moncton store, located at 50 Moncton Street, NB.Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge .
Clarif y and u nderstand customers' needs and take them to the best solution(s) for their projects.
P rovide the customer with an exceptional experience .
Prepare estimates and negotiate installation service agreements .
Work with project coordinators to align project s between installation service professionals and customers .
Document all sales activities in company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and keep current .
Stay updated about latest products trends and market conditions .
Experience in a commissioned sales environment is an asset
Organized, c an manage multiple projects , m eet deadlines and sales objectives .
Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs .
Able to travel to customer sites , a valid driver's license is required .
Knowledge or experience with renovation process, building materials, and interior or exterior design would be considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset) .
Monday – Friday with weekend availability
