    The Leasing Agent performs administrative duties and co-ordinates activities related to the management and rental operations of the residential properties.

    Reporting to the Property Manager. Answering phone calls, emails and responding in a timely manner. Leasing and Administrative Duties
    Answer all phone calls and email inquiries providing leasing information as outlined in Realstar's policies.
    Prepare applications and leasing contracts.
    Compile research data on rental markets.
    Employer paid Benefits (prescription drugs, vision care, life insurance and dental care).
    Quarterly bonuses based on property performance.
    Annual bonuses based on personal performance.
    1 to 2 years of experience in office administration, sales, apartment rental or a related field.
    Strong administrative and organizational skills.
    Good computer skills and sending emails.
    Positive attitude towards training and learning.
    Bilingual in French and English, orally and in writing (requirement).
