    Description

    Are you seeking a career shift from the confines of a computer screen to a dynamic role focused on people development, strategic planning, cost control, inventory management, and budgeting? Kal Tire is seeking versatile Store Managers to lead our expanding team in Nova Scotia.

    In this role, you'll handle various responsibilities, from sales and service to coaching and administration, to foster a thriving store environment.


    Team Development:

    Take the helm as you guide and mentor a team of Front Counter, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and more.

    Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.

    Sales Excellence:
    Drive sales both to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships.

    Valid Driver's License:
    Willingness to travel and support multiple locations in the Nova Scotia region.
