    Executive Kitchen Manager Leading Group Vancouver CanadaSalary: $ $145000

    High-volume, successful group is looking for a talented Executive Kitchen Manager in Vancouver, Canada to spearhead a new location This role will continue to advance the growth and achievements of the team within a finely tuned operation, including financial and developmental goals. The optimal candidate will be skilled in systems and eager to mentor and guide a large team.

    *Requires approximately 6 months training in Seattle with provided housing and travel expenses during that time*

    The company prides themselves on a strong work life balance across all levels of management, including all managers taking a daily break and over 4 weeks PTO for this role

    Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring all food is of the highest caliber and meets the organization's top standards of quality and consistency
    • Proactively manage costs and budgets
    • Consistent execution in a high-volume environment is key
    • Managing a large staff to include scheduling, hiring and training
    • Motivating, leading, and mentoring a strong team
    • Maintaining best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

    Executive Kitchen Manager Preferred Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef of a concept doing at least 10 MIL in revenue OR 1 year experience as a Corporate Chef, Area Chef, Regional Chef or Culinary Director with oversight of volume in excess of 15 MIL
    • Multi-unit experience is a plus
    • Background in structured environments and knowledge of standard operating procedures
    • Thrives in a consistently high-volume environment
    • Consummate professional with excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
    • Very comfortable with P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls
    • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

    Compensation / Benefits:

    • Base salary of $125-145k
