Key Responsibilities:

Promote/support outstanding customer relations and deliver the 'Ultimate Shopping Experience'
Prioritize customer needs in all actions
Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues for success
Cultivate long-term relationships with the community
Maintain merchandising and operational standards while meeting financial goals
Collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to implement business strategies
Aid the Store Manager in achieving P&L and sales targets
Enhance productivity, engagement, and retention with colleagues
Seek out top talent to join the team
Uphold merchandising and operational standards
Monitor the competitive market and suggest innovative strategies
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills and ability to build customer loyalty
Capable of leading, coaching, and motivating colleagues
Proven record in enhancing productivity, engagement, and retention
Background in managing large format retail environments
Financial acumen to drive exceptional business results daily
Experience in retail operations management
May require travel within the province
