- Assist experienced team members with Information Security activities, as assigned including Threat Intelligence and Security Alert Monitoring for Brookfield's Cloud and on-prem network.
- Based on alert trigger, conduct technical analysis to determine impact, scope, response and root cause.
- Assist in the review, analysis and documentation of system, network and application security vulnerabilities. Recommend remedial actions, and work with system owners to develop plans and timelines to address findings.
- Assist Brookfield employees in identifying PHISHING emails in a timely manner.
- Assist in administrating PHISIHING campaigns as well as new hire cyber security training.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary education program;
- Completed first year university or college studies in Computer Science or Programming;
- Perusing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related field of study at an accredited institution;
- Exposure to or familiarity with Cloud computing, network perimeter security (Firewall, IDS/IPS, etc) operating system hardening (Linux, Windows) and Security tools (Antivirus/Malware, SIEM, Email security, ect
