Position Location / Work Arrangement:
This position is located in Ottawa (ON). However, the successful candidate may work from the Ottawa (ON), Toronto (ON), Montreal (QC), and Vancouver (BC) office. Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, this position requires physical presence (in-office work). The option of teleworking is available on a part-time basis in accordance with OSFI's Directive on Telework.

Compensation: OSFI offers a competitive salary, and employees may be eligible for in-range increases and economic adjustments. Salaries are based on qualifications, experience and knowledge. The Public Service Pension Plan is a defined benefits pension plan (indexed for inflation), where both the employer and the employee contribute.
Performance Pay: OSFI employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on their performance throughout the year.
Vacation and Leave: OSFI employees start with 4 weeks of paid vacation, 2 personal days and 5 days of Family Related Leave with Pay among other various types of paid and unpaid leave.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Manager, Cyber Security will lead cyber security risk management processes across the organization, contributing to the development and implementation of cyber security strategies, plans and policies to ensure the OSFI's cyber security risk is managed effectively. Reporting to the Director of Cyber Security, the incumbent will provide strategic and operational advice in cyber security matters to internal clients, to mitigate risks and improve the organization's cyber security program.

Le bureau désigné du poste est situé à Ottawa (ON). Toutefois, le candidat retenu pourra travailler du bureau d'Ottawa (ON), de Toronto (ON), de Montréal (QC), ou de Vancouver (BC). Nos avantages :
Rémunération : Le BSIF offre des conditions salariales concurrentielles, et ses employés peuvent avoir droit à des augmentations d'échelon salarial et à des ajustements économiques. Les salaires sont établis en fonction de la qualification, de l'expérience et des connaissances. Les employés et l'employeur cotisent à un régime de retraite à prestations déterminées, et le régime de retraite de la fonction publique est indexé en fonction de l'inflation.
Prime au rendement : Les employés du BSIF sont admissibles à une prime de rendement annuelle, établie en fonction de leur rendement.
Vacances et congés : Les employés du BSIF ont droit à quatre semaines de vacances payées, à deux jours de congé personnel et à cinq jours de congé payé pour obligations familiales, entre autres types de congés payés et non payés.
Modalités de travail flexibles : Le BSIF offre des modalités de travail flexibles et peut autoriser les horaires de travail comprimés, les heures de travail flexibles et le télétravail, afin de permettre aux employés d'atteindre leurs objectifs professionnels, et de trouver un équilibre entre leur travail et leur vie familiale.
Apprentissage et perfectionnement : Le BSIF offre des possibilités d'avancement professionnel et encourage l'innovation dans son milieu de travail. Les employés du BSIF peuvent se faire rembourser les frais d'adhésion à des associations professionnelles.
NATURE DU TRAVAIL
Le ou la gestionnaire, Cybersécurité, dirigera les processus de gestion du risque lié à la cybersécurité à l'échelle organisationnelle et contribuera à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies, des plans et des politiques en la matière pour assurer une bonne gestion du risque lié à la cybersécurité au BSIF. Le ou la titulaire du poste relèvera du directeur Cybersécurité et formulera des conseils stratégiques et opérationnels sur des questions de cybersécurité à l'intention des clients internes, afin de réduire les risques et d'améliorer le programme organisationnel de cybersécurité.
