    Talent Acquisition Specialist, Research & Sourcing

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a pivotal member of the Talent Selection team, entrusted with the task of sourcing and securing top-tier talent for the organization.

    This position involves close collaboration with the Talent Selection team to devise effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist is instrumental in identifying and attracting skilled individuals who resonate with the company's mission and vision.

    Innovate and implement diverse sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in both our Corporate and NICHE Field focus roles.

    Use various new and traditional channels such as social media, AI, job boards and professional networks to identify potential candidates.

    Cultivate and manage a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    Contribute to nurturing and promoting the organization's employer brand.
    Represent the organization at recruitment events and industry gatherings.

    Foster close collaboration with TA Partners and Leaders, HR (People & Culture) colleagues, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align on recruitment objectives.

    Provide insights to Manager of TA Operations & VP of Talent Acquisition on market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
    Ensure recruitment practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.
    Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports/Dashboards regularly.
    Identify opportunities to refine recruitment and onboarding processes.
    Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
    Min 2 years 'experience in related field w/proven sourcing responsibilities/projects -supporting a large Talent Acquisition team is preferred
    Proven Experience with ATS systems required (preferably SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse or iCIMS)
    Proven experience sourcing talent via creative sourcing techniques and TA/AI tech tools
    Friendly and personable demeanor and the ability to act as the first touchpoint of our brand
