    Our client is a rapidly growing Bakery Company dedicated to producing high-quality baked goods.

    Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager with experience in the bakery industry.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the bakery industry and a proven track record of supervising production operations.

    As a Production Manager , you will oversee a team of production staff, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

    Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
    Lead and mentor a team of 20 to 30 production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the production process.
    Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.
    Utilize computer systems to manage production data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
    Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management to ensure the availability of raw materials.

    Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the bakery industry.
    Strong hands-on experience in supervising production operations.
    Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
