- Minimum Good years' experience in Configuration/integration and Guidewire Implementations in Policy Center
- Good years of experience in Java/J2ee (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services, JMS, JPA).
- Able to configure/Integrate the applications using XML and GOSU
- Insurance Knowledge specifically Personal Lines Claims and Commercial Claims
- Relational Database and Data Modeling experience
- Strong Java server-side programming experience with a solid understanding of object-oriented concepts
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with messaging, Webservices and database connectivity.
- Responsible for designing and implementing Configuration/integration points between external applications/services and the Guidewire platforms.
- Partner with client business teams to understand business objectives and configuration/integration requirements.
- Produce technical design documents for configuration/integration points.
- Develop custom configuration/integration points to connect Guidewire applications with other internal and external systems.
