Hybrid Work Model – 3x a week at Markham ON head office
a team of Application Specialist that are accountable for the ongoing support and maintenance of critical business systems handing items such as resident accounts, financials, sales leads and clinical information.

Project and Change Management (25%)
This role will play an integral part of ensuring business requirements are met, and facilitate coordination between IT and business users as necessary.
Project Management support on Operational projects as requested to support all areas of the Retirement and LTC business.Change Management:
manages changes to the applications and processes by working with appropriate stakeholders, application specialists and following change management protocol
Partners closely with Finance, Retirement Operations, Long Term Care Operations to support overall business performance and ensure strategic alignment.
Is a member of relevant network industry based groups and attends appropriate conferences, webinars etc.specifically experience with the following is an asset:
~ Previous experience or education in the principles of project management, and change management
~ Experience and expertise with PCC and Yardi information system, configuration, development, for all aspects of platform.
~ Participate as a strong, collaborative team player to track management multiple parallel activities
~ Sound understanding of incident, problem, change management and project methodologies and tools either demonstrated through formal education/certification, or relevant experience to explain technical jargon in simplified terms be able to travel to retirement and/or long term care communities when required
