Vanuit de afdeling Managed Services implementeer jij onze Splunk en/of Carbon Black Cloud cyber security dienst bij onze klanten. De overige diensten die het team implementeert, zijn o.a. SIEM, netwerk- en endpointmonitoring. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele Splunk- en/of Carbon Black Cloud implementatie bij de klant, waarbij je adviseert en de klant helpt bij het realiseren van haar doelen. De technische inrichting is een belangrijk onderdeel van de implementatie, dus je weet waar je over praat. Naast Splunk en/of Carbon Black Cloud bouw je kennis op over verschillende andere Foxproducten, maar specifiek voor Splunk en/of Carbon Black Cloud ga je de diepte in. Je zorgt voor hoogwaardige adviezen en kwalitatief goede implementaties die je overdraagt aan de operationele afdelingen bij de klant en bij NCC.

Dit ben jij
Op de eerste plaats ben je een implementatiespecialist: Je ben communicatief sterk, kan je inleven in de situatie bij de klant en weet deze aan de hand te nemen. Je overziet het geheel en bent in staat de klant bij de hand te nemen. Daarbij ben je een technisch specialist en heb je bij voorkeur enige ervaring binnen de wereld van cyber security.
De ideale kandidaat:
· Is minimaal MBO-4 opgeleid, richting ICT (systeembeheer, cloud & infrastructure management of vergelijkbaar)
· Heeft bij voorkeur kennis van log monitoring
· Is communicatief sterk en kan goed inzichtelijk maken waar risico's en uitdagingen zitten.
· Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands & Engels.
· Ervaring met Linux en/of Windows
· Ervaring met Splunk en/of Carbon Black Cloud is een pre, maar niet noodzakelijk
· Pré: Splunk Certificates (Core User, Power User, Certified Admin, Cloud Admin, etc.)
