    Fundraising Coordinator ( Part Time)

    Our client is looking for a professional to join their team part-time.

    Who you are

    You have a professional background in support work and are a strong performer with excellent communication skills. Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about working in a team.

    Where is it based?

    Vancouver.

    • Coordinating with team members to arrange meetings.
    • Preparing reports ahead of meetings and documenting minutes during the sessions.
    • Arranging travel logistics.
    • Compiling and submitting expense documentation.
    • Supporting post-meeting follow up with donors and volunteers.
    • Additional tasks as required.

    Must haves

    • 3 years of professional experience delivering assistance
    • Post secondary degree is an asset or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office, and a willingness to learn new software.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Team player, organized, and capable of working independently.

    What's in it for you?

    • Hour rate: $25- $30 per hour +4% in lieu of vacations.
    • Hybrid Role.
