    Description
    Adecco recherche une personne dynamique et axée sur le client pour le poste de Service à la clientèle. Ce rôle, dans le secteur de la vente au détail, exige un candidat ayant d'excellentes compétences en communication, une compréhension approfondie de nos produits et un engagement envers la prestation d'un service à la clientèle de premier ordre.
    • Lieu: Saint-Leonard, QC
    • Salaire: $19.00- $21.00
    • Type d'emploi: Contrat de 12 mois (8 heures par jour)
    Le Représentant service à la clientèle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
    • Fournir un service courtois et efficace basé sur une excellente connaissance de nos produits afin de maximiser la satisfaction de la clientèle.
    • Maintenir les procédures établies de contrôle des stocks.
    • Gérer les garanties, les politiques et les procédures d'autres entreprises, en prenant des décisions opérationnelles quotidiennes.
    • Coordonner les commandes de pièces et d'outils, en assurant un suivi auprès des clients.
    • Superviser des processus tels que le contrôle des espèces, les retours, les garanties et les formalités quotidiennes pour respecter les normes d'audit interne.
    • Mettre en œuvre des normes de propreté.
    • Responsable de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de la succursale de service, y compris la caisse et les vérifications informatiques.
    • Mettre en œuvre des promotions et des programmes de succursale en collaboration avec le gérant de succursale.
    • Contribuer aux expéditions et réceptions de la succursale.
    • Favoriser des relations avec les représentants locaux et les gestionnaires de territoire pour améliorer les activités de service.
    Le Représentant service à la clientèle doit répondre aux exigences obligatoires suivantes :
    • Être autorisé à travailler et résider au Canada.
    • Être titulaire d'un diplôme collégial ou universitaire.
    • Avoir de l'expérience dans la vente au détail est un atout.
    • Posséder de fortes compétences en communication et en leadership ; une expérience directe du travail avec le public.
    • Bilinguisme - français et en anglais
    • Avoir des compétences avérées en vente et en organisation.
    • Avoir la capacité d'accomplir des tâches dans des délais serrés.
    • Être compétent en informatique, notamment dans l'utilisation de Microsoft Office.

    The Customer Service Representative will have the following responsibilities:
    • Provide courteous and efficient service based on an excellent knowledge of our products to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain established inventory control procedures.
    • Manage warranties, policies, and procedures from other companies, making daily operational decisions.
    • Coordinate orders for parts and tools, ensuring follow-up with customers.
    • Oversee processes such as cash control, returns, warranties, and daily formalities to comply with internal audit standards.
    • Implement cleanliness standards.
    • Responsible for opening and closing the service branch, including cash register and computer checks.
    • Implement branch promotions and programs in collaboration with the branch manager.
    • Contribute to branch shipments and receipts.
    • Foster relationships with local representatives and territory managers to enhance service activities.
    The Customer Service Representative must meet the following mandatory requirements:
    • Must be a College or university graduate.
    • Bilingual (French and English)
    • Retail sales experience is an asset.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills; direct experience working with the public.
    • Demonstrated sales and organizational skills.
    • Ability to perform tasks within tight deadlines.
    • Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
