Sunbelt Rentals – the fastest growing rental business in Canada– is seeking a Senior Equipment Rental Specialist/dispatcher– YouThe Senior Equipment Rental Specialist/dispatcher is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to always deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude. Administers rental contracts (new and existing) including on and off rental dates, rates and all ancillary charges, amendments, suspensionsHandles customer complaints in a professional manner in order to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer and Sunbelt Rentals
Reviews daily management reports and provides regular feedback to Profit Center Manager regarding fleet and merchandise inventory, as well as pricing
Participates in After Hours and Emergency Response efforts including local and regional responses as well as participation in national event response efforts
Includes responsibility for reporting, scheduling, and supports customer service/sales goals of the business unit.
Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
Solid computer and administrative skills
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
