    :

    We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our our Corporate Engineering department located in Brampton, ON. In this position, you will work in a multidisciplinary engineering team to execute capital expenditure and plant maintenance projects of varying sizes.

    Responsibilities:

  • Development of project deliverables. These include, but are not limited to: Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Equipment sizing, Equipment/Piping lists, Theory of Operation, and Commissioning/Functional Test Plans
  • Visit site to collect data. Talk with operators and plant engineers to obtain key information about running facilities to help diagnose problems and find solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Supporting IKO's core values and leadership behaviours

    • Qualifications:

  • Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Experience with development of process documentation to be used for project execution and troubleshooting existing equipment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to travel to the United States is a requirement
  • P.Eng. certification is preferred
