    Levitt-Safety has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our Fire Suppression Team in Oakville, ON.

    Your role will include diverse maintenance and repair & maintenance of Fire Suppression Systems and Equipment.

    While this position is based out of our Oakville branch, there will be remote service requirements at customer locations in the Southern Ontario area.

    Your role will include diverse maintenance and repair activities including:

    Inspecting, repairing, and providing maintenance of Fire Suppression systems as well as other Fire Suppression equipment at various customer sites
    Troubleshoot and provide solutions to service related problems.
    Performing site-specific training for owners and end-users
    Monday to Friday,salaried position with paid vacation and other time away from work benefits

    Company-provided service vehicle and tools
    Experience working in a mechanical shop or equivalent hands-on role with vehicles or other motorized equipment
    Basic electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude with experience working with power and hand tools
    Experience, education, or training & working with fire protection and/or suppression systems is a strong asset
    A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract, comfortable travelling around the GTA
    Excellent customer service and communication skills
    Able to pass pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol testing as well as criminal background checks
