- Put in place and execute the process in continuous improvement modeIdentify software development resources based on:Resources availability,Resources competencies (expertise and levels of expertise gained) and other personal factors,Business requirements (technologies, options, customer expectations, project schedule, budget).
- First point of contact for resources requests, coming from:Other Engineering managers or other organizations.Project managers, if required
- Provide strategic recommendations based on next months projects workload
