What you will do:
- Work with crossfunctional teams to establish strategies supporting new clinic development in key geographical locations
- Lead the development and implementation of multichannel Digital and Print marketing campaigns for activation purposes
- Manage the endtoend delivery of campaign strategy, effectiveness, and performance with various stakeholders
- Monitor marketing campaigns for areas of optimization to increase effectiveness
- Travel up to 50% of the time within Canada
- Other related duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Marketing or a combination of education/experience
- Travel to identified locations to gather market research to support the development of marketing campaigns
- Strategic thinker: ability to align creative tactics to strategic goals
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to work under pressure, prioritize, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders. Strong understanding of marketing metrics/drivers and ability to analyze results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers etc.)
