    Description

    SKIN Clinics, Saskatchewan's leading Dermatology and aesthetics clinic, is seeking a full time, highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a receptionist.

    You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our valued clients.

    Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving concerns or issues effectively.

    – Provide administrative support, including managing paperwork, data entry, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and products.
    – Assist with marketing and promotional activities, such as organizing events, preparing marketing materials, and participating in community outreach programs.
    – Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
    – Knowledge of the cosmetic medicine industry, dermatology and a strong interest in aesthetics is essential.
    – Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as required.
