    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote projects, services, new products and the brand as a whole.
    • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and tactics and regularly assess, deliver, and report on their performance.
    • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
    • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
    • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
    • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
    • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget

    • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal communications, digital, social media and creative teams as well as external agencies to create execute integrated marketing plans.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making and positioning of projects.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media performance, and brand positioning , to optimize marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and industry partners to support marketing efforts.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and providerecommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

    Is this the right role for you?

    • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field
    • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
    • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
    • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly in the real estate industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads is an asset.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information to diverse audiences.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Creative with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all marketing materials.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
