    Assist the Application Portfolio Manager in the development of an annual program of initiatives, projects, and maintenance

    Be responsible for the evolution of a subset of the application sector portfolio in portfolio management, investment advisor compensation, and expense and billing management.

    Oversee the development and maintenance of applications and ensure good management in terms of IT hygiene
    Participate, plan and lead (as required) the design, development, integration, implementation and maintenance of information systems, and supervise/manage the execution of these activities in order to meet budget and acceptable deadlines
    Communicate issues to management with relevant parties for resolution if necessary
    Liaise with cross-functional teams to communicate and apply the bank's norms and standards.

    As part of the IT wealth management team, you'll report to a Chief Manager.

    Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery context. Experience in managing the lifecycle of the IT asset portfolio, their availability, operational support and associated budgets.
    Manage multiple partners simultaneously
    Have hands-on experience in personnel management and project management
    Have managed multiple external vendors in your previous roles
    Knowledge of the wealth management field (major asset)
    Ensure robust change management that enables your teams and colleagues to transform

    Industry-related bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or industry-related master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.


    Languages:
    ~ French
