    We are ESC, an experienced provider that delivers solutions uniting public records data, customer authentication, corporate services, collateral management, asset recovery, and accounts receivable management which support registration, due diligence, and lending practices of clients across Canada.     We are looking for two (2) Operations Clerk - ESC to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

    The Bilingual Operations Clerks will prepare and manage the administration of the customer onboarding process including coordinating and booking onboarding sessions. Reporting to Operations Manager, Montreal, Corporate filings, Search & Registration and NOSI, other highlights include:

  • Deliver onboarding sessions for new clients and customers to a variety of proprietary platforms.
  • Provide detailed walkthroughs and assist new customers with implementation of products and services.
  • Ensure clients are familiar with functions and features of various platforms.
  • Respond to customer questions as it relates to understanding their new products and services; track and escalate issues with to designated group.
  • Maintain customer key contact list; draft and send communication to clients re: product outages, upcoming holidays, service level changes over weekend and other operational messages.
  • Provide post implementation support and troubleshooting for clients.

    • What you'll need:

  • Office Administration Diploma or equivalent education plus 1-2 years of experience working in an office.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in French and English would be considered an asset.
