    PML Professional Mechanical Ltd. is Western Canada's leading company for plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection.

    From major construction projects to regular service work to the safety provided by our fire protection division, we approach our work with an industry-leading commitment to excellence and a keen awareness of our customers' business needs.

    Located in Coquitlam, BC, our Construction Team is seeking a Project Coordinator .
    The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing project activities and maintaining project document control. Working with the project team to ensure administrative and communication structure is maintained throughout the life of a project.
    You will be closely working with the project manager in the delegation and coordination of specific job tasks. Ensuring communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders are fully implemented.
    Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project team.
    Perform general project, including the review and distribution of project documentation, and correspondence.
    Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
    Maintenance of all project tracking, logs, RFI's, SCO's, FTQ, etc.
    Work with PM to maintain billing, scope, materials, and other job objectives.
    Support subcontract management and processing of invoices and progress claim.
    Assist in the coordination of the change order management process.
    Prepare project closeout documents by collecting all relative information.
    Architectural, engineering, construction management or related education preferred.
    Process and respond to all project correspondence.
    Review project status with Project Manager.
