    We are looking for a Permanent Full-time, Associate Manager, Employment Services for our Oshawa branch.


    Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of programs that we administer through Employment Ontario, and how we can support the individual needs of job seekers.

    Provide support to Director, Employment Services (scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and completing administrative tasks).

    Assist with project management to support and manage projects and initiatives by coordinating with team members and tracking progress.

    Analyze data and prepare reports, conducts market research.

    Participate in strategic planning by supporting the planning process by preparing and compiling reports to help achieve short and long-term goals.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, community partners and leadership team.
    Provide back up support to Branch Manager role in absences.
    Analyzing data, and solving problems, so strong analytical and problem-solving skills are important.
    Communicate effectively with managers, executives, team members, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
    Managing multiple tasks and projects.
    Adapt to changing needs and priorities is important for management associates.

    Time Management skills:
    Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
    Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
