POSITION OVERVIEW (Purpose):


Graywood Developments ("Graywood") is a privately-owned, Toronto-based real estate investment management company that specializes in the development of residential mixed-use properties of exceptional quality in Canada.

During its 38-year history, Graywood has managed 54 projects, with 31,400 housing units and a combined value of $8.8 billion.

Due to continued growth, we are our looking for a Lead Sales who will become an integral part of Graywood's team.


The role of Sales Administrator works daily to support the Area Sales Managers/Senior Sales Associates and will be an integral part of our team, responsible for taking visitors through the home buying experience, putting together legally binding purchase agreements and accurately maintaining customer files and contracts and creating a positive and comfortable experience for each visitor.

This is a contract position that is scheduled to last 6-months.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support Sales Teams with sales transactions and processes
  • Taking clients through the purchasing process from initial introduction of the project to purchase agreement and design selections and inquiries or concerns quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in the appearance of the presentation centre, show suites and the marketing materials and signage.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and CMA under guidance from Sales Team
  • Maintain CRM ensuring client information and data is up to date and recorded accurately and in detail, daily activities noted and the all sales processes have been logged and completed.
  • Support Sales Teams with sales transactions and processes
  • Maintain Contract Management Platform
  • Prepare accurate and legally binding purchase and sale agreements and addendums ensuring that critical dates are met, deposits received in a timely manner and all documentation is forwarded on to the appropriate parties.
  • Accurately organizing and completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring customer files and contracts are concise, complete and well maintained.
  • Ensure all start/end of day duties are carried out and Presentation Centre is clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and price ranges are in supply, accurate and up to date
  • Management of sales office including ordering office supplies.
  • Coordinate with Sales Teams on sales events and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain positive purchaser and client relations and enhance Graywood's reputation
  • Maintain an intimate working knowledge of our projects, local area and competition
  • Potential to attend and participate in weekly/biweekly sales meetings with team and management
  • Assist in customer service responses and coordinating communication

Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS:


Education

  • Completion of high school diploma

Experience

  • 12 years experience in a sales administration position and a general understanding of the home buying process.
  • Previous experience in customer service and relationship management
