Our services include LTL, T/L, and Courier Services and provide the convenience of one-stop shopping.Midland Transport is currently seeking a Regional Sales Director based out of Quebec, supporting our Quebec region.
The Regional Sales Director is a key member of the sales leadership team and will report into the Vice President of Sales.
Build, coach and lead Midland's Quebec sales team which consists of five Account Managers;Ensure sales revenue and gross margin targets are achieved;
Explore new markets, services and products and development of these opportunities for revenue growth;
Achieve required rate increases to improve revenue quality on a continuous basis;
Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Successful completion of post-secondary education, education in Sales and Marketing an asset;
Major account experience is an asset;
Sales management experience preferred;
Solid LTL, Truckload and Courier transportation knowledge and experience;
