- Rédiger un plan directeur pour la gestion des biens matériels dans les parcs, y compris les programmes d'entretien préventif;
- En collaboration avec le technicien d'entretien et les coordinateurs locaux des opérations des parcs, mettre en œuvre les programmes d'entretien préventif;
- Planifier et gérer la mise en œuvre des projets d'infrastructure des parcs selon les schémas directeurs des parcs et les plans d'aménagement des parcs (administration, respect des délais, budgets, règles, normes, inspection des projets par des professionnels, préparation des appels d'offres, construction et suivi technique);
- Appuyer les TPM dans la coordination avec la section des parcs pour la mise en œuvre des projets d'infrastructure sous la responsabilité des TPM;
- En collaboration avec le directeur adjoint et les directeurs des parcs, analyser et vérifier les rapports sur les écarts budgétaires et prévoir et allouer le budget des infrastructures des parcs;
- Coordonner la préparation des plans et des spécifications réalisés par des professionnels externes;
- Coordonner la rédaction de la documentation relative à l'appel d'offres;
- Coordonner l'achat de matériel d'infrastructure;
- Assurer le suivi de tous les aspects administratifs liés aux infrastructures des parcs : ententes sur les infrastructures, contrats de service, appels d'offres et procédures de passation de marchés;
- Rédiger le rapport annuel sur les infrastructures, y compris le rapport budgétaire annuel;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son superviseur.
- Un diplôme universitaire en architecture ou en génie du bâtiment; Une formation technique dans ces domaines, combinée à une expérience professionnelle et à des réalisations pertinentes, pourrait être considérée comme un équivalent;
- Une expérience en gestion de projets est requise; Des certifications telles que la gestion de projet professionnelle seraient assurément des atouts;
- Au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience professionnelle significative pertinente dans la coordination et la gestion de projets et dans l'assistance technique;
- Excellente capacité à exprimer des concepts dans un langage simple et à écouter activement les besoins;
- Capacité à traiter et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément de manière structurée et organisée;
- Avoir d'excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication (verbale et écrite);
- Excellentes capacités d'adaptation et débrouillardise; faire preuve d'initiative et d'autonomie, et avoir de solides aptitudes au travail d'équipe;
- Être capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais;
- Avoir une connaissance pratique d'au moins deux (2) des langues suivantes, à l'écrit et à l'oral : inuktitut, anglais et français;
- Excellente connaissance pratique de Microsoft Office, ainsi que d'autres logiciels spécialisés (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.);
- Être prêt à voyager au Nunavik à l'occasion.

GESTIONNAIRE DE PROJETS D'INFRASTRUCTURE – NUNAVIK PARKS
La Section des parcs du Nunavik du Service des ressources renouvelables, de l'environnement, du territoire et des parcs de l'ARK a le mandat de gérer les parcs nationaux du Nunavik, notamment les opérations et les infrastructures.
Sous la responsabilité du directeur adjoint des opérations des parcs du Service des ressources renouvelables, de l'environnement, du territoire et des parcs et en étroite collaboration avec le technicien d'entretien, les coordinateurs des opérations des parcs, le Service des travaux publics municipaux, le gestionnaire de projets d'infrastructure assure la mise en œuvre, l'entretien et le suivi des infrastructures et du parc de véhicules tout-terrain dans les Parcs Nunavik. Les autres tâches et responsabilités comprennent les suivantes :

Salaire : Min. : $ par année – Max. : $ par année
