    Description
    This is a Fulltime role, but can start as a Contract.
    The client is looking for a functional consultant that has some technical expertise.
    Looking for solid SAP Materials management experience (MM) and some Plant Maintenance experience.
    We also need someone with some technical (ABAP) experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and other Business Partners to ensure systems are optimally enabling
    business processes


    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements
    • Design, configure, and test systems changes
    • Triage issues and manage day-to-day operational support for MM and MM systems
    • Participate in lead roles for small to large systems or module implementation projects
    • Work closely with and monitor our contracted AMS (Application Managed Service) technical and
    configuration support partners to ensure that IT services are well-designed, tested and
    ultimately meet Business expectations


    • Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and systems
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements gathering documentation,
    functional design documents, test scripts, process documentation and training materials


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Systems Business Analyst or Functional analyst
    • Prior experience and strong understanding of SAP MM, S4 Experience is a big plus
    • Strong SAP technical and/or configuration background
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written with internal and external
    stakeholders


    • Polite, courteous, and respectful in interactions with others and demonstrates an ability to
    cooperatively work with people with different backgrounds and perspectives


    • Proven critical thinking capabilities (analytical, gathering information, collecting data, escalating
    problems with recommended solutions, foreseeing barriers, and recommending ways to remove
    them)


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to be innovative and initiate, lead, and manage change
    • Strong computer skills (MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
