Reporting To:
Vice President of Sales
Implement effective prospecting strategies under the guidance of a mentor to build a robust sales pipeline.
Engage in outbound prospecting activities, nurturing leads and setting up qualified appointments for more senior team members;
On-the-Job Training:
Participate in a paid apprentice program, receiving hands-on training from a senior mentor;
Market Focus:
Focus on major metropolitan areas (top 50) in the US and Canada, aligning with the company's market priorities.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Learning and Development:
Demonstrate ongoing growth and development through the apprentice program.
1-3 years of experience in sales, with a background as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or inside sales;
~ Previous exposure to major metropolitan areas in a sales capacity is a plus;
~ Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of transportation safety solutions sales.
The successful candidate will participate in a paid apprentice program, working closely with a senior mentor for on-the-job training.
This comprehensive onboarding initiative aims to accelerate the candidate's learning curve and set the foundation for a successful career in transportation safety solutions sales.
