Head of Sales and Trading
As the Head of Sales and Trading, your primary objective will be to manage our largest accounts and grow our business accounts, measured by revenue growth, sign ups, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure this customer segment is aligned with the broader goals of Shakepay, and represents our brand in every aspect.
Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunitiesImprove our go to market approach for SMB and enterprise customers
7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in crypto sales or business development, or traditional asset management, OTC sales or brokerage environment
~ Existing relationships with a number of focus clients such as hedge funds and family offices
~ Experience in hiring, team building, training and managing sales staff
Experience in a fintech or crypto startup is a plus.
