Description
This is primarily an office job working with accounting, bookkeeping and other administrative tasksEntering invoices for items the company has purchased.
Entering and reconciling credit card purchases.
Obtaining quotations for items requested by engineers and production staff
Work with the companies software team to implement improvements and automate processes
Due to the company's small size, office workers are sometimes called upon to help in other areas such as shipping, receiving and simple assembly tasks.
Use of mobile phones (cell phones), tablets and similar personal electronic devices are not allowed while working or in work areas.
Micro-Vu is open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM.You may be allowed to work more than 40 hours per week at an overtime rate and some Saturdays in some cases at the company's discretion.
Starting pay rate is $24 to $28 per hour depending on job experience and capabilities. Future compensation will be based on your performance and the success of Micro-Vu.No university degree is required, however people with business administration, accounting, economics and other degrees often excel in this position and find further advancement within the company.
