    com) is a growing Managed Service Provider serving clients across Southwestern Ontario. Our services include advance cybersecurity solutions to protect our client's networks from cyberthreats. We offer a fun and fast-paced work environment working with many high-profile accounts in our region. We're seeking a Junior Inside Sales specialist to join our Guelph based team.

    Candidates should be based in the Guelph to Barrie Ontario area in order to manage on-site expectations, in particular during the probation period.

    Some remote work is possible once employees are working independently. This position is not part of a commission structure as its primarily in-bound inside sales. Source IT hardware, software, and services from various vendors.
    Evaluate suppliers and negotiate procurement contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.


    Microsoft 365 Licensing:
    Specialize in Microsoft 365 licensing and stay updated on licensing models and changes.
    Advise clients on the most suitable Microsoft 365 plans based on their business needs.
    Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    Help address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


    Sales Presentations:
    Create compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's IT solutions.
    Help the team conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations for potential clients.


    Sales Reporting:
    Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets.
    Provide regular updates on sales activities, trends, and opportunities.
    Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, technical support, and finance.


    Pipeline Management:
    Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead to closure.
    Excellent communication by phone, comfortable talking with clients
    Understanding of basic PC & network connectivity, familiar with how desktop components connect
    Basic understanding of software licensing such as Adobe and M365
